Excellent pay, alot of educational opportunities and career advancement, supportive of new staff and provides good orientation and training. Worked on nights so don’t really see too much of management but always updating staff with new things or updates, growing hospital
Cons
Be prepared to work as it is a big hospital and constantly growing.
