Traveled to different hospitals and got a lot of experience because some hospitals only have 1 support technician so often times you had to support the entire hospital yourself.
Cons
Pay was criminally low On contract so good luck getting healthcare benefits from a hospital Asked to revise timesheets if you did overtime, so good luck the next day when the night shift tickets pile up They kept firing full time staff and making you take on their responsibilities with no extra pay Promote you with title and no increase in pay No 401k No health benefits Need to enter dangerous environments, like quarantined areas No communication from management No job security, everyone is getting outsourced
