Pros
Excellent benefits and the hospital always gifts their employees. The pay is very good, too.
Cons
The staff I worked for was very unprofessional and was extremely entitled. I was running two icu units and worked for about 60-80 nurses. Most of the RNs were rude and petty if they didn’t get their way. If I was ordered to pick something up for a patient, and the hospital was out of stock, it was automatically my fault. These nurses did everything they could to manipulate and sabotage my position at the hospital. DO NOT work in the MICU/CCU department. Very toxic!
