Pros

- Good Benefits Package -Tuition Reimbursement -Large network -Excellent Physicians -Aesthetic Workplace Environment -Free Educational Opportunities -Friendly Environment -CEO is outgoing, entertaining & involved.

Cons

COMPENSATION: Without a 4 year degree you are sure to be overworked & underpaid. When I was hired, I was overjoyed when I saw the tuition reimbursement package. I unfortunately won't be able to utilize it because I had to get a 2nd job to just to still BARELY make ends meet... -Gerontocracy: The younger employees seem to have the larger workloads and are expected to manage because of there "Advantage with technology." - Growth opportunities provided based on seniority regardless of quality of work, , capabilities, & expertise. -Management & Leadership: Initially appeared to be encouraging, & transparent- However in the event you approach them with real concerns, you are met with short & vague responses ("Thanks for reaching out! We'll look into this...") Followed by a sentence or 2 of gratitude that comes off as scripted, glib, & insincere.... -Leadership seems to be solely focused on company growth & network expansion with little to no attention & resources provided to troubleshooting most of the issues that come with growth.

Pros

Some staff were intelligent and motivated. It was nice to find a few others within the OR who wanted to grow, improve, and truly provide good patient care.

Cons

The entire work culture is dysfunctional. Many people outright refuse to perform work duties, and management/administration does absolutely nothing about it. Theft of time/materials, abuse, sexual harassment, violent verbal altercations, and failure to comply with sterile protocols were a daily occurrence. HR actively engages in cover-ups when issues are reported.
