Pros
The people in office (not Management) are good people who just want to support their families.
Cons
The "Management" knows nothing about managing correctly. They expect you to give them your time and the lowest wage. Unless you know the right people and kiss up, you will go nowhere. Certain managers and other "favorite" employees get the perks - expensive company cars (Lexus, Jeep, BMW, Cadillac, Land Rovers), gas cards, expense account, travel time, tolls. These are not all managers who are getting these perks. If you started in Bayonne and are brought in by van you get paid 1 extra hour per day for going to work, no tolls/gas/insurance/wear and tear on your car, and they get to leave 15 minutes early (paid) to beat the traffic. While other people who drive (some drive 25-40 miles one way)and pay tolls, gas and wear on their car get nothing. The whole company is rigged with cameras EVERYWHERE! They are so untrusting of their staff (office and warehouse). You are watched and recorded every second. You are NOT allowed to talk in the front office, just work. Very bad for moral.
