Pros

My experience working here at Haddad has been very positive. I started out entry level sales coordinator position, and throughout the past 4 years have grown within the sales department leaps and bounds. Haddad provides a culture for learning and professional training...building each employees skills with the guidence of management and their own individual motivation. Haddad's culture ties dedication and passion with determination and heart...a Haddad employee represents a hard worker who self-motivates themselves to strive for excellence. The culture is supportive while at the same time gives you the freedom to use entrepreneurial drive to learn and grow. Promotion is given when one deserves...Haddad does not spoon feed development, but rather supports and trains for the development of everyone. Haddad is a family, and working at a family company provides a special culture that only one experiences can understand. I recommend working here...you will not regret this experience.

Cons

This is a fast paced environment...if you are not ready to work hard or have the personal drive to learn and grow, this is not the place for you.

Pros

The holiday party. Oh wait, it’s on a Tuesday or Wednesday so no one can truly enjoy themselves, so nevermind! Absolutely no pros.

Cons

If I could change one thing in my life, it would be working at Haddad Brands. Coming straight out of college and it being your first job, you truly have no idea how warped working there is. The delusion and greed of the family should be studied-the workload and how they treat their employees is inhumane and honestly disgusting. A crash course is the hours are 8:30-5:30-giving them an extra hour of your life for absolutely no reason. You’re looked down upon if you take a break or step out, even just for a minute. You sit in a jail cell, with no windows, for 9 hours a day-elbow to elbow with the person next to you-and cameras watching and tracking your every move. The Haddads actively work to fire people (don’t be mistaken I wasn’t one of those people-getting a new job was probably one of the best days of my life)-who they consider to be ‘C Class Players’ which is anyone who doesn’t dedicate blood, sweat, tears and overtime to them. All you do is make them money but when it comes time for raises, promotions, benefits etc., they can’t put their money where their mouth is. The work is genuinely not even close to manageable-no matter how hard you work-and everything is under a microscope and scrutiny. The work from home days that have now dwindled into basically zero is laughable and there is no work life balance whatsoever. Just know that if you work at Haddad, you will be worked like a dog-no ifs, ands or buts.
