Pros

Job benefits like healthcare, transportation benefits, 401k after completing your first year, you begin to accrue PTO time as soon as you are full-time status.

Cons

High turnover employee rate. Super high workload volume, the company is growing fast as is the workload but slow at hearing staff to meet all the work demands. supervisors from some teams are extremely difficult to work with and little is done to assist in resolving difficult work conditions. Probationary periods are indefinite and provide those who want you out the capability to do so. Have seen a few co-workers get pushed out this way. High demand little rewards or recognition. THey try and call it a family environment but if you don't fit into the trib you can work on the same floor in the same row with people for several months and feel like a complete stranger, Have seen my team and others coordinate outings and somehow manage to not include team members that have been working with them for years sometimes. These may seem small grievances but when your spending more time at work then at home these things make the work experience undesirable.

Pros

The holiday party. Oh wait, it’s on a Tuesday or Wednesday so no one can truly enjoy themselves, so nevermind! Absolutely no pros.

Cons

If I could change one thing in my life, it would be working at Haddad Brands. Coming straight out of college and it being your first job, you truly have no idea how warped working there is. The delusion and greed of the family should be studied-the workload and how they treat their employees is inhumane and honestly disgusting. A crash course is the hours are 8:30-5:30-giving them an extra hour of your life for absolutely no reason. You’re looked down upon if you take a break or step out, even just for a minute. You sit in a jail cell, with no windows, for 9 hours a day-elbow to elbow with the person next to you-and cameras watching and tracking your every move. The Haddads actively work to fire people (don’t be mistaken I wasn’t one of those people-getting a new job was probably one of the best days of my life)-who they consider to be ‘C Class Players’ which is anyone who doesn’t dedicate blood, sweat, tears and overtime to them. All you do is make them money but when it comes time for raises, promotions, benefits etc., they can’t put their money where their mouth is. The work is genuinely not even close to manageable-no matter how hard you work-and everything is under a microscope and scrutiny. The work from home days that have now dwindled into basically zero is laughable and there is no work life balance whatsoever. Just know that if you work at Haddad, you will be worked like a dog-no ifs, ands or buts.
