Cons
Leadership is not on your side. They don’t cut employees any breaks and only care about profit. Most of the people who work there are cool but there’s a few higher ups that are rude and cold. A few seniors who like to complain about every little change that would make everyone’s lives easier just because it means getting used to something new for them. And the family/ HR gives little incentive. No sick days, even if you have vacation days you can’t use them how you prefer, no time off around holidays, hardly let you celebrate any holidays, and how they have handled this pandemic has been poor. We were one of the last places to close, first to open back up, and now they want everyone there in person full time. They also fired some loyal employees, my guess is because they were making too much. Makes it hard to want to be loyal to this company which is a shame. I have witnessed people giving their all and doing big things for this company be let go and it makes me second guess anytime I have the opportunity to work harder than necessary. If they want people to stay they should get with the times; allow remote working year round and update your time off policy.
