Pros
I worked under a great Sales Manager who was extremely supportive of my personal growth. I was apart of a close-knit team, lots of room for career growth. Great benefits, good PTO, actively involved HR team,.
Cons
It's a huge company and it will take a while to network and make a name for yourself. I interviewed with a VP and he quickly forgot who I was. During quarantine my VP wanted a project completed, we weren't supposed to be working any overtime ( this was heavily emphasized ) but still approved a coworker to work after clocking out. I found this to be extremely insensitive to very challenging times where everyone is going through their own struggles, didn't find this to be a fair expectation. That same coworker then got laid off despite bending over backwards. They need to work on diversifying the company more.
