Pros

Nike discount Levis discount Clocking out

Cons

Management is rude and has no real empathy for their teams They want to over work you for low wage HR is not there to help you any concern you bring to them make you problematic and will have you eventually terminated Everyone there kisses up to the owners even if an idea is wrong or wont work no one has a voice Theres never money for a raise but some how there was this big reconstruction & design of the show rooms This company is big on nepotism and its heavily shown When the pandemic started every other company in the building was out of office but Haddad it was not taken seriously enough Remote work in not a thing There are cameras EVERYWHERE! Everything is being watched and listen to there no trust for the employees The hours are long and non rewarding Little to no growth in this company PTO days are also your sick days Over all a stressful experience. At some point we (team) were to attend a mandatory “workshop” that taught us how to set up a table as if we worked in a restaurant. You could only imagine the confusion on everyone but the managers faces!

Pros

The holiday party. Oh wait, it’s on a Tuesday or Wednesday so no one can truly enjoy themselves, so nevermind! Absolutely no pros.

Cons

If I could change one thing in my life, it would be working at Haddad Brands. Coming straight out of college and it being your first job, you truly have no idea how warped working there is. The delusion and greed of the family should be studied-the workload and how they treat their employees is inhumane and honestly disgusting. A crash course is the hours are 8:30-5:30-giving them an extra hour of your life for absolutely no reason. You’re looked down upon if you take a break or step out, even just for a minute. You sit in a jail cell, with no windows, for 9 hours a day-elbow to elbow with the person next to you-and cameras watching and tracking your every move. The Haddads actively work to fire people (don’t be mistaken I wasn’t one of those people-getting a new job was probably one of the best days of my life)-who they consider to be ‘C Class Players’ which is anyone who doesn’t dedicate blood, sweat, tears and overtime to them. All you do is make them money but when it comes time for raises, promotions, benefits etc., they can’t put their money where their mouth is. The work is genuinely not even close to manageable-no matter how hard you work-and everything is under a microscope and scrutiny. The work from home days that have now dwindled into basically zero is laughable and there is no work life balance whatsoever. Just know that if you work at Haddad, you will be worked like a dog-no ifs, ands or buts.
