Haefele Flanagan (HFCO) is like no other firm I’ve worked for before. First, as an accounting firm, we have periods throughout the year called "busy season" where employees often work more than 40 hours a week. Our leadership shows appreciation by offering a 4-day, 32-hour work week from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Second, HFCO invests in our growth. In addition to sponsoring continuing education and conference attendance, HFCO provides FREE executive coaching to any employee that requests it, giving each of us the chance to advance our professional and personal goals. Also, HFCO operates on EOS®, a business operating model which allows everyone in the company, regardless of title, to contribute to the advancement of their department and firm as a whole.
