      There are no pros . nothing. to say that is positive or encouraging. Company only hires temps.

      Cons

      Nepotism, segmented groups. Management not interested in ideas. Work employees like slave and will not correct internal problems.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
