      Pros

      Salary was exceptional, above average for the industry. Never at a loss for work to do. I liked my boss.

      Cons

      Average length of employment is around 5 years. There are too many SKUS. Very political. Hard to fit in and not treated well by other employees.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
