      Pros

      Pretty casual atmosphere, "summer hours" ( work an extra half hour Monday thru Thursday to leave at 2:30 on Fridays during the summer) flexible hours, some employees have the ability to work from home on occasion

      Cons

      "What have you done for me lately?" Attitude from senior management, bonuses are "discretionary" - read: only for directors and above, staff is expected to work overtime everyday, working 10 hrs per day is not considered going above and beyond and is rarely recognized

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
