      Hain has the strongest brands in the organic and all-natural space. There is a ton of opportunity to think outside the box, test and learn and work with passionate people.

      Cons

      Employees need to be self-starters --not a good fit for everyone.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
