      Pros

      HR has done a great job of recruiting strong team members during a challenging period for the plant.

      Cons

      The previous team seriously mismanaged things, and this is putting a ton of stress on the new team. Burnout is getting pretty apparent, and turnover is starting to emerge.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
