      There are some great people there who sadly are not appreciated The previous CEO in Canada was fired

      Cons

      can't spend $5 without being asked to justify it culture is so handcuffed so can't make any decisions unless senior management approve pay and benefits were poor

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
