Pros

In proportion to NYC pay but offset by weak benefits and 401K plan/match

Cons

-CCO runs the show for North America, micro manages the business units in all facets. -Buddy, Buddy system (Pinnacle, Unilever culture) Heavy politics -General Managers are glorified marketing directors excluding Tea, they do not lead by example -No brand building and investment in marketing exists, emphasis is on excel templates not strategy & innovation -Sales leaders are the clear favorites no matter about performance, a few people have been undeservingly promoted twice in less than a year -Weak back office sales support and inexperienced trade marketing -CCO has HR controlled at the hip, they are not helpful or supportive -Rather hire consultants, then promote from within -The good people are gone, the moral is horrible and the only care about the Stock price -Long hours and weekends -Capitalized on COVID surge, otherwise never would of hit the numbers planned -Working from home during COVID only exists because it benefits the senior leaders who do not live local. They changed their back to the office date twenty times. -Terrible COVID safety measures and precautions

Pros

Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

Cons

Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
