      Great brand portfolio, focused growth strategy, the transformation plans are working, leadership is transparent, your efforts will make a difference, many opportunities to grow and develop, strong performance is recognized and rewarded

      Cons

      Turnarounds and transformations are difficult and this is no exception, strong sense of urgency to improve all key facets of business performance, expectations are high but not unrealistic

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
