      Free coupons and the occasional products

      Cons

      No work life balance, very poor IT infrastructure, Management that is very unprofessional, Passive aggressive management, micromanaging managers, 2 to 3 check in calls per day, no 401k benefit, very dysfunctional work environment, and more. Simply put, this has been the worse job experience I have every had. All 5 star reviews are fake.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
