      -people here are phenomenal -compensation and benefits are not bad -lots to learn and get wide range of experience

      -overworked, too many projects and vision isn't clear and constantly changes

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
