      Pros

      Mostly friendly working environment, nice office space with a serious take on safety protocols for Covid-19.

      Cons

      Not enough diversity within executive branch. Not much room for growth. Poor training for many critical roles. Unrealistic expectations for projects that are not given sufficient resources.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
