      I learned a lot about a large public company and how it runs. Work was easy as well.

      Cons

      Many offices and layers to get through if you're at the bottom. No matter how much you help. The ones Senior'd in are staying.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
