Hain manufactures healthy products to be proud of and works to make a positive impact on its employees, assists employees during difficult times and contributes to great causes. Hain promotes a number of people several times a year.
Cons
Hain operates on a lean budget and with a lean team. Hain is still pretty complex. Job grades and career paths are not always clear - individuals have to be proactive on this front. The systems are frustrating.
