      Hain is a wonderful place to work for a recent college graduate and for anyone at any level looking to grow within their field and gain hands on experience. It's wonderful to work for a company where you can gain hands on experience - which is invaluable for a recent college grad - at a company that shares your passion. Good benefits, decent salary, treats employees fairly.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
