      - Family oriented: They understand that we all have families and allow for a great work/life balance - Compensation: They're competitive, if not paying more - PTO: Amazing! - Benefits: Great, all the way way through. If you need something, they more than likely have it.

      Cons

      At this time, I have none and truly looking forward to the future with them.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
