      Good insurance and dental. Free company samples

      You will be cornered if you have a different opinion with senior leads. Difficult to build good relationship and win trust from them. Business trying to cheap their way into getting things done instead of doing things the proper way. They don’t care about your long-term career growth. Terrible managers hold high post for long time, making it impossible to change the dynamics.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
