      The hours of daily operation. Benefits were ok.

      Cons

      No room for upward mobility unless you are at a corporate level. Management looks out for each other. Promotes and gives raises to other management. Hourly employees are treated like crap

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
