      Pros

      Hain has some of the greatest people working for them. Brands were once iconic in the natural channel.

      Cons

      There is zero process, tools never work and brands are getting very tired. Some leaders just wont make decisions... then you have people who should be leading being muffled. Trade marketing just looks at trade rates, doesn't offer any tools, I have no idea what the brand teams do all day... Supply chain is still a mess...

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
