      Company is currently undergoing a major upgrade and there are lots of opportunities to jump in and make a real difference! (Great leaders and talent!)

      More work is needed to align staffing levels with work expectations. (Doing more with less…)

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
