Pros

I worked with a good staff, liked that it was appointment based and there was a good amount of retail options for clients. Color line was good.

Cons

Hard to slide pay scale above minimum wage. Not enough staff to encourage foot traffic, after awhile people stop coming in when just one stylist is working. Despite this we did manage to in crease our sales and often ranked 1st in district but corporate close us down w/ less than 3 weeks notice.

Excellent owners and co-workers to work with.

There are no downsides to working here, I love being a part of a great work family.

Pros

It's a good job to get your foot in the door if you're a new stylist. Have hair styles/color contests through Regis Corp where you can win hair supplies/gift cards ect. Easy to build up your clientele'. Easy going salon with a fun atmosphere.

Cons

Unrealistic hair goals to move forward as a "Master stylist" Which really only gives you the names worth. Never pays higher then min wage. Not guaranteed 40 hours. Full benefits dental, vison, medical.. but not good benefits
