Pros

You can build lifelong friendships with staff and clients. You tend to see some clients on a weekly to biweekly basis...forever. Usually this is a good thing if they are nice people. The starting pay is pretty decent and the benefits are good.

Cons

Unfathomable meetings every single day, sometimes twice a day. We are talking at least 5-6 hours a week, sometimes more in just meetings. Beating a dead horse meetings about numbers, the terrible quality products they want you to sell and how to get the clients to upgrade, regardless of how high a membership they are on. The raises are not great, but if you have used car salesmen mentality you could go far in Hair Club with their commission based sales tactics.

Pros

The GM, Assistant manager, and majority of the staff at my actually center were amazing people really supportive and have your back. The feeling of actually helping people and seeing their face of pure happiness especially showing before and after pictures was very satisfying for the sales role. The team was great.

Cons

The outside staff of the company constantly staring at your numbers were like head hunters. If you met numbers and goals you had a good week and if you missed anywhere from 3-5 consultations and didn't sell you were in a world of hurt. It was awful talked down to, made you feel like total crap, and when you have other consultants you take majority of consultations and opportunities your left with scraps. Good luck making commissions and reaching goals when your get least amount of chances and nothing is spread equally.
