Overall, nice group of people to work with.

Cons

The company is rather old-fashioned in its management practices. Not innovative or receptive to new ideas at all. I also don't feel they challenge you to think out of the box.

This was an outstanding company with a rich history, cared about its customers and its people. The stability and security were unmatched.

Cons

Purchased by a Ukrainian company in the last couple of years, they've cut hundreds of people globally, and continue to cut now, in the name of "reorganization". Remaining staff are swamped, and looking for jobs. The company hires and promotes, but only those who are not located in the US get the opportunities. Moral is horrible, fear is intense, confusion is constant.
