Pros

Very supportive team, everyone is always willing to help problem solve and there’s a wealth of knowledge among the team members. Management is great about letting you find your own workflow and not micromanaging but always available to assist when you need it.

Cons

Company culture is resistant to change, many have been there 15+ years it’s the only corporate setting they know and very few young people. Promotions are rare with some people having the same job title 5+ years with just additional duties tacked on.

This was an outstanding company with a rich history, cared about its customers and its people. The stability and security were unmatched.

Cons

Purchased by a Ukrainian company in the last couple of years, they've cut hundreds of people globally, and continue to cut now, in the name of "reorganization". Remaining staff are swamped, and looking for jobs. The company hires and promotes, but only those who are not located in the US get the opportunities. Moral is horrible, fear is intense, confusion is constant.
