Pros
Working schedule is flexible. Business Manager will try to work with your availability to make schedule if you have school/second job. Sometimes you get good schedule, sometimes bad schedule, but it's fair for all employees. Friendly working atmosphere, most of employees are nice and help you if you are a newbie. At first you're not gonna know what are you supposed to do, but later on you're gonna catch up on the job. It's laid back sometimes and hella busy sometimes if flight is delayed or overbooked. Manager is kinda easy on vacation request/ day-offs request. Overall, good experience at Airport.
Cons
Poorly paid because you have to pay for health insurance at Airport even when you got your own personal health insurance already. Plus you have to pay $55 for monthly parking permit, company doesn't cover at all. No flight benefits for employees at all. The gap between afternoon shifts and night shifts are too long (2.5-hour gap for early night shifts, and 3.5-hour gap for late night shifts). You're gonna work your butts off during high season (like 6 days/ week or even whole week long). You don't have fixed dayoffs unless you're seniors. You don't usually have Saturday/Sunday's off like regular job. It's kinda difficult to balance work and life because you actually don't have time for yourself and family.
