Pros

Easy to get in because they need people all the time. Great co workers, Get experience at the airline industry, Helps you build your skills in customer service since you will handle 75% canceled and delayed flights. Which lead you to a lot of frustrated passengers and impatient ones as well.

Cons

HR department is a joke. The time when I was working there, their were a lot of shenanigans happening within the department and airline managements. They do favors for one another so they can either get away from the complaints that staff had or things that were getting reported to them.

Pros

Good starter job for those in college Flexible schedule, don't need to come in when sick, can basically call off whenever if you ask early enough Easy interview, basically know some geography and how timezones work

Cons

Low pay Too many responsibilities at the pay range You're basically on call and the schedule will suck if you work for a smaller airline in that airport The insurance is UHC, you obviously know what that means (they're NEVER going to pay for treatment)
