Pros
There are genuinely good people there as in the coworkers mostly.
Cons
I don't see how anyone can complain of the hours after you are hired. They do a decent job of putting out the odd hours of the airport since it's accordance to the flight times. That being said, the compensation is extremely low considering the responsibilities and work you have to put into. They are definitely shortchanging their agents with the hourly wages. You'd think with all the training, care and thought that goes into building agents for all the work they must put in and the money the airlines make with fees that are STRESSED by management the wages between an airline agent and a supermarket grocer would be diverse but it's pretty much the same... what does that tell you?
