Pros

Elegant and look professional in uniform

Cons

Outsmart the employees. It SHOULD be under Company( Hallmark Aviation) time work when an employee come to the work site to work on getting the ID’s and Badges. Driving and commuting just to get your ID’s and badges from TSA and Customs in your own time and not getting paid is unfair.Anything can happen on your way to the airport just to get the ID’s and custom seal....Also having two accounts in different airlines is ridiculously unfair. You can spend up to 10 hours in the airport just to cover up your 8 hours and yet you don’t get half hour breaks with paid inside the 8 hours just because there’s 2 hours waiting time in between two accounts. The employees clock in and out in the same day. That means the company ( Hallmark Aviation ) can see it that you work 8 hours or more, all together with in 24 hours. It’s because you work 6 hours on the first account and 5 hours on the second account that doesn’t mean you don’t get 30 minutes break because it was split hours.Hallmark Aviation should automatically pay the employees of the half hour break or one hour lunch break for their miss lunch break.Employees doesn’t control the delays of the flights. That is why they can stay longer more than the hours in their schedule but yet the can’t stay when the job gets done early. Hallmark Aviation have the same tricks like a Mc Donald fast food.

Pros

Good starter job for those in college Flexible schedule, don't need to come in when sick, can basically call off whenever if you ask early enough Easy interview, basically know some geography and how timezones work

Cons

Low pay Too many responsibilities at the pay range You're basically on call and the schedule will suck if you work for a smaller airline in that airport The insurance is UHC, you obviously know what that means (they're NEVER going to pay for treatment)
