Pros

I’ve been with Hallmark Aviation Services for a while now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best places I’ve worked. The company truly values its employees and goes above and beyond to ensure we feel supported and appreciated. Business Manager Sherelyn is an incredible leader who genuinely cares about her agents. She’s approachable, understanding, and ensures that we have everything we need to succeed. Her encouragement and guidance have made a significant impact on my experience here, and she always advocates for her team. General Manager Stephanie is another shining example of leadership at Hallmark. She goes above and beyond to make sure employees are heard, valued, and recognized. Her open-door policy makes it easy to communicate, and she consistently works to create a positive and inclusive environment for everyone. Hallmark Aviation Services stands out as a company that fosters growth, teamwork, and a sense of belonging. I’m grateful to be part of such an amazing team and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive workplace.

Pros

Good starter job for those in college Flexible schedule, don't need to come in when sick, can basically call off whenever if you ask early enough Easy interview, basically know some geography and how timezones work

Cons

Low pay Too many responsibilities at the pay range You're basically on call and the schedule will suck if you work for a smaller airline in that airport The insurance is UHC, you obviously know what that means (they're NEVER going to pay for treatment)
