Pros

You can get a lot of hours depending on airline departure/arrival times, you can network, and a lot of room to learn different skills if you don't like to just do one thing so you will always be busy

Cons

management is terrible/hostile, favoritism, and staff can be immature/start drama.

Pros

Good starter job for those in college Flexible schedule, don't need to come in when sick, can basically call off whenever if you ask early enough Easy interview, basically know some geography and how timezones work

Cons

Low pay Too many responsibilities at the pay range You're basically on call and the schedule will suck if you work for a smaller airline in that airport The insurance is UHC, you obviously know what that means (they're NEVER going to pay for treatment)
