-favoritism is played nonstop. -pay is terrible and they do not give raises. -company is more interested in following company guidelines than what is in the employee and customer best interest. -absolutely no room for advancement. -health and dental benefits are pitiful, no airline benefits -promises are never followed through with. (pay raises, benefits, uniform tailoring refunds, list goes on) -uniforms are cheap and easily damaged, and presentation of a "good" uniform is embarrassing -women are FORCED to wear heels greater than 1 inch at ALL TIMES, REGARDLESS OF POSITION, which is gender discrimination -management is an absolute joke, they don't care about you or the passenger as long as the job is done in some manner -work is constant and hours are close to non-negotiable. you must request all days off a month prior.
