      You’re not micromanaged, but also have a lot of support. Great upper management. They are rapidly expanding, and have a great network,

      Computer systems/programs need some upgrading. Direct company bonus’ are not good.

      It's challenging to have to develop your own business plan. Wish there had been a bit more process established.
