Pros

This is a great place to work. Employees get the chance to take one class per semester. There are amazing benefits. The students and coworkers are nice to interact with.

Cons

Location - In a small town located in the middle of nowhere in upstate New York. Weather - It's mostly winter and the winter is freezing but the spring, summer, and fall are beautiful.
