Pros
Hamilton is amazing college with world-class students, faculty, and staff set on a stunningly beautiful campus. The College truly values its employees and there are numerous initiatives to ensure employees' health and well-being. It is an absolutely wonderful place to work.
Cons
The only con that I can think of has nothing to do with the College; it just gets very cold there in the winter when it's snowy on the Hill. Otherwise, it is an ideal place to work!
