Pros

It was a great place to work, and really gave me a good grounding for how to work in an office environment. Everybody worked well together, good communication both within the office and to alumni committees and volunteers.

Cons

Database software that they rely on for information is old and doesn't work properly, necessitating going through by hand to ensure information is sent to the correct people.
