Nice people and I enjoy the attorneys I work with except a few.

Cons

Some attorneys are rude & vulgar, the management has preferences with certain staff, that get away with extra long lunches, not working properly, disrespecting attorneys and not cooperating, and excessive socializing.

Free bagels and donuts on Friday. Occasional lunch

NO support for support staff. Gossip and favoritism are rampant. You can be fired after almost a year because firm thinks "it's not a good fit." That's all. It's just not a good fit. Not, here are some issues we would like to discuss. Just goodbye and good luck. No positive feedback EVER. Way too many cases for one person to ever handle--maybe a robot can do it though. High turnover in this position. Attorneys will tell you how happy they are with your work and then tell management it's not working. There is NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE. Its just work, work, work some more. It is never enough. Their motto is you are only as good as your last mistake!
