Pros
I worked at HM&B for over eight (8) years and loved it the entire time. I began as a floater/legal assistant, then became a legal-assistant and finally, became a paralegal. Working for HM&B made me love the practice of law. The attorneys are extremely committed to their clients, profoundly preparing for each case. Meanwhile, the firm is known for its diversity and all employees are treated fairly. There is a genuine and fun work environment at HM&B. Every holiday is celebrated, and birthdays, too. The people working at HM&B are all great people and I am blessed to call most my friends. My top 2 favorite things about this firm are (1) the environment, and (2) the chances I was given to grow within the firm.
Cons
Have nothing negative to say; maybe that I wished I lived closer. But, the firm provides annual train passes which was great.
