Pros

The culture is nice and fun. You always have people that gossip however, you learn how to deal with it. There are amazing people you get to meet and work with. They are accommodating to your needs. Holidays, Events and Birthdays are so much FUN. (They know how to party).

Cons

Overload of work while others just go and collect a check and you become responsible of everyone else's work. HR is not the best. OT is always a problem to be approved yet question why are you behind. The training they provide is horrible and require you to do the MOST while still trying to figure it out on your own. The turnover is ridiculous!!!

Free bagels and donuts on Friday. Occasional lunch

NO support for support staff. Gossip and favoritism are rampant. You can be fired after almost a year because firm thinks "it's not a good fit." That's all. It's just not a good fit. Not, here are some issues we would like to discuss. Just goodbye and good luck. No positive feedback EVER. Way too many cases for one person to ever handle--maybe a robot can do it though. High turnover in this position. Attorneys will tell you how happy they are with your work and then tell management it's not working. There is NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE. Its just work, work, work some more. It is never enough. Their motto is you are only as good as your last mistake!
