It’s remote that is the only pro

Cons

Management is terrible, everything is knit picked supervisors are rude and treat you like your five. There is no room for growth, HR doesn’t care when you advise them of what’s going on. Very toxic work environment especially on the PIP team.

Pros

Free bagels and donuts on Friday. Occasional lunch

Cons

NO support for support staff. Gossip and favoritism are rampant. You can be fired after almost a year because firm thinks "it's not a good fit." That's all. It's just not a good fit. Not, here are some issues we would like to discuss. Just goodbye and good luck. No positive feedback EVER. Way too many cases for one person to ever handle--maybe a robot can do it though. High turnover in this position. Attorneys will tell you how happy they are with your work and then tell management it's not working. There is NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE. Its just work, work, work some more. It is never enough. Their motto is you are only as good as your last mistake!
