Pros

If working bilingual you’ll get paid well for what you do. I believe the company is very fair about working every other weekend and every other holiday and benefits are good.

Cons

Company could care less about you as a person. To the company you are just an employee. Just another number and easily replaceable no matter how long you work. English employees get paid poorly for all the work they do. Lots of testing per month

Pros

Healthcare for employees, discount on services

Cons

Seems like a good old boys club. If you aren't from around the area you have to work three times as much to prove yourself. Upper management was great...the others...not so much.
